What the range solves
Sized to the stage
Every slide, ride-on and helmet listing gives the age range it was designed for, and the seat or head measurement behind that range.
Grows with the child
The tricycle converts through four stages and both helmets adjust at the dial, so one purchase lasts more than one summer.
Assembled without a toolkit
The slide and table set clip and fold together without tools, and the helmets only need the strap set once.
About Tots & Tikes
Tots & Tikes began with a slide bought a size too large. The child could climb the steps but not sit down at the top, so it stood in a corner until the following summer.
The range here is chosen by stage rather than by look. A low slide for a one-year-old, a tricycle that converts as legs grow, two helmets that tighten at the dial, and a folding table and chair set that survives paint and snacks.
Age ranges on the listings are the working limit, not a starting point. The seat height, step spacing and helmet circumference are given in inches so a purchase can be measured against the child rather than guessed at.
Ride-ons and helmets are the pieces that matter most, and the guidance reflects it: a helmet that fits and sits level, an adult within sight while a child is on wheels, and a check of bolts, caps and straps before the first ride of the season.
Orders placed before the daily cut-off leave the same working day, and one national carrier handles every parcel.

Age and size on the page
Each listing states the age range, the seat height or head measurement, and what can be used indoors against outdoors.
Fixings bagged and counted
Parts and fixings are counted against the list before the carton is closed, so assembly is not stopped by a missing bolt.
Guidance before first use
The care note sets out where a helmet should sit, when a ride-on needs an adult in sight, and how to check the frame.
Before you order
Which slide suits a one-year-old?
The set in this range is built for one to four years, with wide steps and a low run-out, and it is the one to start with. The age range is the limit rather than a starting point.
Does the tricycle need tools to convert?
The stages swap over by hand. The only tool needed at any point is the one supplied for tightening the handlebar clamp.
How do I know the helmet fits?
Measure the head circumference and compare it with the range in the listing, then use the dial at the back. A helmet should sit level and stay put when the head is shaken gently.
Can these be used outdoors?
The slide and table set are made for both indoor and outdoor use on level ground. Helmets and ride-ons should be kept out of standing water.
What should be checked before the first ride of the season?
Bolts, caps, wheel fixings and straps, in that order. Anything that turns or tightens should be checked once more after the first ten minutes of use.
